What is a Full Service Photographer?
At Timber N Twine Photography, we specialize in custom heirloom artwork for your family to cherish for years and years forward. Capturing moments that we can preserve forever. As a full service photographer, I do more than just offer digital files. Together, we go through multiple steps to curate the best client experience you can receive from a photographer. From the phone call consultation to get to know each other a little better and talk about details, goals, and expectations, to the day I hand deliver all your beautiful one of a kind artwork to your home.
I consider myself to stand out from other photographers in the local Charleston area and beyond by offering experiential customer service, doing and offering what others don’t by specializing in my studio work and products.
It all begins with your phone consultation when we chat about your photoshoot and much more. Then, once we see each other fit and you are booked I include a questionnaire and complete preparation guide for your session, wether it’s an outdoor maternity session or indoor maternity session, newborn photoshoot or anything else.
After our session together, in just a few short days I will have your soft proof gallery ready to present to you. This is when I cull through all the images from your photoshoot and select only the best. You get to come to the studio as I get to present a slideshow of your images with enchanting emotional music to go along with the memories we’ve captured. Afterwards, you get to see and touch all the sample products I have in studio. There’s no back and forth guessing what may work best for your by judging off a screen. From large thick framed canvas groupings, to thick beautiful velvet and acrylic albums with gold beveled pages.
Once we’ve custom designed all the artwork you order along with the chosen digital files for your gallery, it takes just a few short weeks to receive your artwork. I ship all client’s artwork to my home first, so I may do a quality check and be sure standards are met no just from the lab themselves, but during the shipping process too.
We can schedule a day for you to pick up your products at the studio, or if my clients are comfortable with it, I will hand deliver them to their home. If so, I will ask that you dedicate a table or counter top for me to display all your artwork while you are in a different room so you may come in for a grand reveal!
This is the best par for both parties. There is absolutely no comparing looking at your baby’s first ever photos on a phone verses on a stunning album layout, or experiencing your maternity session and seeing the best image blown up to show off on your wall at home!
